If you're not satisfied, Lord Grimley is not satisfied... and we begin wondering who's up for the chop (and we do mean that literally). We're proud of the products we sell and want you to be happy you bought from us. If you are not absoluetly satisfied with your purchase from Lord Grimley's Manor contact us immediately, (at order@lordgrimley.com), and we'll do all we can to set things right.


Secure Shopping

The Internet is a dangerous place anymore, with many unscrupulous people running amok. Lord Grimley's Manor uses SSL encryption, (the industry standard), for online credit card scrutiny. We don't see your credit card information and it isn't stored on our servers, so you don't have to worry about evil hackers stealing your information.

When checking out you will see a small padlock at the bottom right hand corner of your browser indicating that the information you send is encrypted and therefore safe.

One final note - please DO NOT send credit card information via e-mail, as it is not secure and your information could be stolen. We will never ask you for such information via e-mail.

We hope this puts you at ease (at least a little... so far as shopping security is concerned... I mean, we do sell Halloween stuff here, some fright is always good). If you have any questions about our security precautions please contact us immediately.

We currently accept only MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal payments via our website.


Price Match Guarantee

Lord Grimley works us hard to make sure his products have the best pricing around. Sometimes though, we goof up.

If you see an item we have for sale cheaper someplace else, we'll match their price.

The item must be regularly priced at an actual retail establishment... no auctions will be considered. You supply us with the name of the store, (or their web address), what they're selling cheaper than us, and we'll send a couple dozen minions over there to break his arms... erm... investigate.

If somebody else is selling the same item for a lower price we'll match it - and since we're honest we'll change the price for everybody. You not only help yourself, but you save everybody some money and becom a hero to millions of shoppers! Isn't that wonderful?


Shipping

We grew up on a steady diet of Bugs Bunny cartoons are were horrified to learn that you can't place an order for something and have it arrive instantly at your door in real life. We're sure you share that feeling, but bear with us, we do the best we can.

We process most orders within 24 hours and ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Due to the high volume of sales as Halloween approaches it can take a little longer to get things off on their way, we ask you to plan accordingly. You're much better off planning ahead and placing an order before October 15th, than waiting until the last moment only to find that everybody else in America had the same idea (the situation is very similar to "Christmas Shopping" - you procrastinators know who you are, it's no use complaining to us because we couldn't ship that clown outfit you ordered on the 28th to Alaska in time for the 31st).

Most of our items are currently in stock at one of our various warehouses (we scatter them like rats' nests across the country.... sometimes we disguise them as Dair Queens or something just to be sneaky). However, it is possible for some items to suddenly sell out and yet remain for sale on our website; in these instances we will inform you as soon as possible and place said item on backorder.

Backordered items will ship to you as soon as we receive them. If you do not wish to wait you may contact us at any time, (prior to shipment of the item), to cancel your order.

All orders placed through our website are sent to you from one of our warehouses via UPS Standard Ground Service. Depending on where you live in relation to the shipping warehouse it could take 3 to 7 business days to receive your package. We'll send the UPS tracking number to you so you'll be able to figure out exactly where your stuff is at any given time.

Please be aware that since we have a number of different warehouse scattered across the country your order could arrive in a number of different boxes (no, we don't mean the Goon will break it and ship pieces to you in different boxes... we mean if you order two things they may turn up in two different boxes). Do not be alarmed at this, we've given everybody explicit instructions about checking for hitch-hiking minions, monsters, and spiders.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times - if you need an item by a certain date, plan ahead.

At this time we cannot offer expedited shipping (but we know this causes some people undue pain and suffering... as much as we enjoy that, we're working to change this unplesant situation as quickly as we can).

Please note that we only offer shipping to US locales... no international shipments at this time. Sorry.


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We know how it is, (we shop online too, you know), you see that great photograph of a vampire mask and it's only when you get it that you realize it's sized for a child's head and not an adult's. Sure, it said taht right there on the website, (though sometimes important information like that is left out, we've seen it happen), but you just didn't notice... and now you're annoyed.

Don't be annoyed, we want to help.

If you need to return an item to use, please contact us within 30 days of product receipt (order@lordgrimley.com). Please DO NOT send returns without contacting us first. If you send a package to us there's no telling what might happen, we won't be able to track it, and we won't be able to process your exchange or refund properly.

For new unused products returned with 30 days of your receipt and received in good condition, we will provide a full refund or exchange credit, excluding shipping costs.

NOTE: We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds, (except in cases where we made a mistake), between October 15th and December 2nd of any given year. We apologize for this but it is necessary to avoid complete chaos (you'd be surprised at how many people just want to "rent" a costume from a retail outlet).

Lord Grimley firmly believes in your privacy. You have our word that we will not share or sell your personal information with outside individuals or companies except where necessary to fulfil your order / wishes. If you have any questions or concerns about this please contact a minion immediately.

Any other information about you or your computer that we might collect, (ISP address for example), is used only to verify the authenticity of the sale and is saved only for that purpose.
