The manor does not often receive extraterrestrial visitors. This Alpha Centaurian arrived badly bruised and beaten after an unfortunate curse went awry. Who knew that you could open a space-time portal with a dead chicken ?
He did make for good eats, the Duchess is quite the cook, and the alien was perfect for a classic Louisiana gumbo. Mmmmmm mmmm.

Don’t judge, these aliens are often quite nasty customers but traveling just over 1.3 parsecs can give you some wicked jet lag.
