It's an odd thing hearing a honking sound every time a clown coughs, sneezes, or guffaws out loud ?! This unfortunate soul has found a bugle horn lodged in the most sensitive part of his brain-cavity. I guess it just goes to show, there is not much grey matter remining between his ears ??
